The problem is constantly judging and criticizing yourself doesn't lead to doing any better. It's time to stop and assess the situation. ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜, remind yourself of the goal. ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ, is there a different path to the same goal? Do you need to do something else? Do you need help this time because you're busier than you were last time you did it? Did you lose the joy in this activity and need to find another one? Whatever it is - ๐—ฌ๐—ข๐—จ ๐—›๐—”๐—ฉ๐—˜ ๐—ง๐—›๐—˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ข๐—ช๐—˜๐—ฅ ๐—ง๐—ข ๐—–๐—›๐—”๐—ก๐—š๐—˜ ๐—ง๐—›๐—˜ ๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—ง๐—จ๐—”๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก. I stopped running, started strength training, got super excited and motivated to work out again and then proceeded to run the race slow, steady and HAPPY!
